Intro to Flow

intro to Flow focuses on the fundamentals of the yoga practice. No prior yoga experience is necessary for this class. Intro to Flow offers a nurturing tone and a slower pace for students to enter each pose properly. Students will be taught the basics of Vinyasa Flow, which consists of linking poses together while linking the breath to the movement.

Vinyasa flow

Vinyasa Flow is a mixed level class designed for students that have a solid foundation of the yoga practice. Vinyasa Flow is a style that links poses together and the breath to the movement. “Vinyasa” is offered throughout the class - plank to chaturanga to cobra or upward dog to downward facing dog.

Yin Yoga

In Yin Yoga, passive postures are held typically for three to five minutes to allow for deep release on the connective tissue. Focus on the breath and body awareness offer a meditative state.

Gentle Yoga

This class takes a gentle approach to the practice of yoga focusing on slower movements, breath work, stretching, and relaxation.

Power Flow Yoga

Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breath to their movements. This practice creates vigorous and revitalizing form of physical fitness.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative is a therapeutic practice that supports healing on the inside. Restorative Yoga calms the nervous system and allows for deep tissue healing. Props are used to support the body.

Senior Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is an incredible way for older adults to get the amazing health benefits of yoga. You will have a skilled and passionate physical therapist lead and guide you throughout this class. The class will focus on the breath, balance, posture awareness, and corporal alignment. This class will help build and strengthen your bones. The therapist makes this class very interactive and fun!
