Kids’ Mindfulness Yoga

Evidence shows that forming healthy habits through yoga, mindfulness, and social-emotional learning gives children flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. These classes are so much fun! All classes are interactive and filled with important skills that teach and encourage kids to increase self-awareness, self-confidence, strength, flexibility, and tips on good body alignment through yoga poses. Breath is a huge component in this class. The breath will teach the child how they can use it to calm the emotions when needed.
